I always think that you achieve your best results when you’re “up against the wall” and have nowhere to go, and that’s what we usually define as a crisis. I have found when the only direction is up that is when people usually give their best. So, the quicker we let go of that security blanket, whether that be a job, a big unprofitable client, a partner not pulling their weight or staff members watching you work.. focus on the opportunity and back yourself, and that’s when the real success and Financial rewards will come…..
For me, it was getting out of a business partnership and starting again on my own…..it was the best move I made and I wish I did it sooner….but then, at least I did it. Crisis time is an opportunity to make a new start… looking forward to your comments.
