NEW Business Workshops. Date revision

This series will start on Thursday July 11th, the programs’ value is $2,750 inc. GST; businesses that fall under the criteria cited by the Grow Your Business Group Funding Program will be eligible to receive a $1,650 inc. GST subsidy which means that delegates will pay just $1,100 inc GST for two people to attend a series of Business Improvement Workshops that are guaranteed to educate the business owner on how to create that profitable business that they initially intended:

* Be operating in Victoria
* Show management strengths
* Be financially sound
* Have commitment to strategic planning and growth
* Have commitment to innovation or import/exprt replacement
* Have been trading for at least 12 months

Our program is valued at $2,750 inc. GST yet, eligible businesses that fall under the criteria cited by the Grow Your Business Group Funding Program will receive a $1,650 inc. GST subsidy. 

During these Workshops we will teach you:

Workshop 1
FOCUS: ‘Think Like a Winner’

  • Identify and start achieving business & personal goals
  • Time management: master your calendar and your clock
  • Become incredibly efficient
  • Learn how to obsess about the important things and delegate the rest
  • Create and implement an action plan to focus you and your business

Workshop 2
PROFIT: ‘Know Your Numbers!’

  • Recognise the importance of knowing your numbers
  • Know your Growth Equation and implement to assist in profit increase
  • Identify a 5 Point Checklist to improve your profits
  • Learn how and when to cost-cut. Discover how job management will improve your profits
  • Learn how to increase margins in order to increase profit

Workshop 3
CASH: ‘Achieve Healthy Cash Flow so you Can Grow’

  • Learn how to take control of your cash by identifying your working capital requirements
  • Learn where to and how to unlock the hidden cash from your business
  • Learn how to achieve a quicker ROI with less risk by improving your Cash Rules and Business Processes
  • Understand how much cash is required in order to grow your business

Workshop 4
GROWTH: ‘Achieve Your Vision’

  • Identify and target the profitable areas to grow your business
  • Implement the business model fundamentals to improve your profitability and growth
  • Learn how to source and retain your best customers
  • Implement Marketing, Sales and Customer Services strategies to grow your business
  • Learn the importance of social media use within your business
